The ownder of the Jenkins' Butcher, you will find him either at the counter handling with customers or at the back room assessing the quality of the meat and helping with the cutting.

Niko Vitchnikov
Niko is responsible for dry-aging our steak and curing bacon, ham and other products. He handles the whole process with great care to achieve the tender and flavorful meat.

Brandon Won
Brandon is our main butcher and oversees all the cuts and pieces. Any special parts/cuts you may need, he will be sure to help you.
