At Jenkins', we dry age/cure our cuts for at least 3 weeks to develop the flavor and ensure that you have the highest quality of meat on your table.

Our chickens and even turkeys are free-range and sourced from either our own or other small farms.


Grass Fed Beef and Lamb
To provide the highest quality of meat, we only source grass fed cattles.
